The exclusive apartments for sale are located within the hotel complex "Hotel Jahorina".

The apartments have a structure of one-bedroom of 22m2, one-and-a-half-bedroom of 35m2, two-bedroom of 38-50m2, three-bedroom of 60-70m2, up to 120m2 with three bedrooms and a living room. There is also the possibility of creating larger units at the customer's request.

Considering that the apartments will be booked and sold as business apartments, legal entities benefit from the use of input VAT in the amount of 17%. The apartments are equipped with premium quality equipment, according to the "turnkey" functional system.

The owner of the apartment has the possibility, if he expresses his wish, to be part of the hotel system, under the conditions prescribed by the special Contract on the rental of real estate through the hotel. In order to fulfill the condition for entering the hotel system, the apartment owner will be obliged to equip the apartment in accordance with the expected standards and design prescribed by the hotel, through the hotel, with a detailed specification of the complete equipment and inventory necessary for categorization.

For furnishing the apartment, the hotel will provide the owner with an offer in a timely manner, which will later be an integral part of the contract on furnishing the apartment between the hotel and the owner of the apartment.

The hotel complex "Jahorina" undertakes to offer a special contract to the apartment owners, on the terms of letting the property through the hotel, which will define all the details and mutual relations in the letting.

The owners of all apartments (in and outside the hotel system) have the obligation to pay for the technical maintenance of the apartments, which will be more precisely defined in the contract on technical maintenance. Technical maintenance includes (maintenance of internal communal infrastructure, cleaning and maintenance of the complex, security of the complex and general supervision of the area and fire protection, maintenance services of common green areas and greenery, disinsection and pest control of common areas, liability insurance coverage of common areas, administrative and other services ).

All costs are defined in the special agreement on the joint rental of the apartment and are divided into the obligations of the owner and the obligations of the hotel.

The apartments are connected to all parts of the Hotel complex "Jahorina" by a warm connection: direct entrance to the elevators from the garage of the complex, direct communication with the SPA & Wellness center, central hall, restaurants-bars and other numerous facilities (entertainment salon, game room, etc.).

The owner of the apartment becomes the owner of the "Platinum card", which allows them to get up to 20% discount on all services provided by the hotel and which the hotel manages independently in the hotel complex "Jahorina" (spa center, guesthouse restaurant, a la carte restaurant, aperitif bar, gym, Child playground).
